No-shows and last-minute cancellations have a detrimental effect on any small, independent business. At Stuart Ross, our ambition is to provide Peckham with high-end hair services for years and years to come.

Upon booking all appointments we require 50% of the total booking paid upfront to reserve time in our schedule exclusively for you and your hair. The remaining balances are paid at the salon after your service is complete.

We operate a strict 48hr cancellation policy - if you cancel or reschedule your appointment before this time frame the 50% deposit is fully transferable/refundable.

Unfortunately, if you fail to give us the minimum 48hrs notice the 50% deposit is non-refundable & a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Please make sure you contact us directly at least 48 hours before your booking to cancel or reschedule. If you cannot reach us by phone please send an email confirmation to info@stuartrosshair.com of the cancellation or the proposed reschedule.
